1. Who we are
The Two Peas Sports app is provided by TwoPeas FZC LLC, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). We decide what information the app collects and why. If you have any question about your information, contact a.menkar@twopeas.co.
2. What the app collects
  • Your name, work email and job role — so the app knows who you are and what you are allowed to see.
  • Your location, only at work sites, and only while you are using the app to record work. We use it to confirm that installation photos were taken at the right venue. We do not track you outside the app, and we do not follow your movements during your day.
  • Photos you take for work reports. These may show people, including faces, if people are in the frame at the venue.
  • The work information you enter — checklists, notes, times, and reports.
  • Basic device information — so we can send you notifications about your matches.
3. Why we collect it
To run and prove match operations for our client: to show work was completed, at the right place, at the right time, and to the required standard. That is the only purpose. We do not use your information for anything else.
4. Where it is stored
Your information is stored on Google Firebase cloud servers, which are located outside your country. This is how the app works — the information leaves your country to be stored.
5. Cross-border storage consent
Because the app stores information on servers outside your country, staff working in some countries are asked inside the app for a specific, separate consent to this storage before using the app.
6. How long we keep it
We keep work records — matches, checklists, reports and photos — for 10 years, because they prove work was completed. If you leave the company, your personal details (name, work email, device) are deleted within 2 years.
7. Who can see it
  • Your managers and the head office team, to run operations.
  • Our client, for the match work you performed for them.
  • Nobody else. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.
8. Your rights
  • You can ask us at any time to:
  • show you what information we hold about you,
  • correct anything that is wrong,
  • delete your information.
Write to a.menkar@twopeas.co. We will reply within 30 days. Asking will not affect your job.
9. Changes
If we change this notice, the app will show it to you again and ask you to accept the new version.
